Huppers Isalnd is a private island just off the coast of Port Clyde, Maine. There are around 22 family homes most are summer residences. A Community dock serves most of these properties. Two rights of way , boarded by forest, allow for travel to the homes. At the end of the center ROW is this large lot facing south out to open ocean and the outer island of Muscongus Bay.
